All our products are shipped from our fulfilment center in Bratislava, Slovakia. Due to its central location, we manage to keep delivery times as short as possible, while limiting our impact on the environment with shorter delivery distances and efficient delivery routes.

All our orders are shipped using DHL Express.


All orders received before 15:00 GMT on working days (Mo-Fri) will be processed the same day and usually ship within 24 hours.

Delivery times vary between 1-5 working days depending on country of destination and shipping carrier. Upon confirmation of your order you will receive a tracking code via email.

Please note that our shipping times are indications and depend largely on the transportation company. As a company we do our utmost to make sure our clients receive their orders as soon as possible.
